Bahawa kamu pada 21 Mac 2018, diantara jam 2.30 petang dan 5.30 petang , di Bilik Mesyuarat TKSU, Aras 9, Kementerian Pengangkutan Malaysia, Jalan Tun Hussien, Presint 4, di dalam Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya, sebagai seorang pegawai badan awam iaitu Timbalan Pengerusi Lembaga Pelabuhan Labuan, telah menggunakan kedudukan kamu untuk mendapatkan suapan iaitu kontrak pekerjaan sebagai Operator Dermaga Merdeka Pelabuhan Labuan bagi Syarikat Labuan Liberty Port Managememt Sdn Bhd yang mana bapa dan. adik kamu mempunyai kepentingan dalam syarikat tersebut, oleh yang demikian kamu telah melakukan suatu kesalahan dibawah Seksyen 23(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia 2009 (Akta 694) boleh dihukum mengikut Seksyen 24(1) Akta yang sama.
(b) didenda tidak kurang daripada lima kali ganda jumlah atau nilai suapan yang menjadi hal perkara kesalahan itu jika suapan itu dapat dinilai atau berbentuk wang, atau sepuluh ribu ringgit, me bukit mana-mana yang lebih tinggi.

We want to inform everyone about Datuk Yip Kum Fook or former MCA Chairman Gombak and Taman Daya, Kepong.....he deceived everyone there, he doesn't care who you are, and he did bad things (why is he living well), maybe he is not mature enough, one day he will be mature enough he will collapse.

Datuk Yip Kum Fook was kicked out of the Buddhist temple, he thought the Buddhist monks could do nothing for him, he thought the Buddhist monks were stupid or uneducated, he committed crimes against the Buddhist monks, and he thought the Buddhist monks were forgetful.
We will help the Buddhist monk to tell the truth that Datuk Yip Kum Fook will suffer for ever in his life and his family will also live with suffering
